• Projects typically require an agreed advance before work begins; recurring services are billed monthly.
• Late payments may pause ongoing work until settled.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely access, content and feedback needed to deliver the work, and confirm they hold rights to any materials they supply.

Results Disclaimer

Digital marketing outcomes depend on factors outside any agency’s control (competition, algorithms, market conditions). We commit to professional, industry-standard work but do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue figures.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, deliverables created for you become yours. We retain the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may end a recurring engagement with 30 days’ written notice. Work completed up to the end date remains billable.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Long Beach, California.
